ChocoBerry Cupcakes

It has been ages since I had written a blog…Little more than a month but still it seems like an era…I love to pen down my thoughts, my recipes, background of the recipes etc always and staying away from that is a pain but thankfully I am back.. back with the same zeal and same love… Hope all of you are doing really well and all the preps are done for the Holiday season…I am all set to welcome the holiday season…With rich Plum cakes, Cookies, Brownies, Pies & tarts…All goodies are being baked and are ready to be delivered next week…


This time I was all decked up and was ready to move a mile ahead to participate in our 123rd Foodie Monday bloghop… And being my favorite ingredient – Berries – This time I came up with these droolicious ChocoBerry Cupcakes…Very simple yet truly delicious, these cupcakes are the real delight and with their cranberry aroma and mixed berries as the key ingredient, all of you are going to love it.


Let’s have a look at the recipe.



  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 50 gms butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1/2 tsp cranberry extract
  • Molten chocolates
  • Sprinkles




  • Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda
  • Beat butter, sugar and eggs together
  • Fold dry and wet ingredients lightly
  • Add berries and cranberry extract. Again give a light fold
  • Put them in cupcake moulds and bake for 12-15 mins
  • Now melt chocolate over double boiler. Dip each of the cupcake into the molten chocolate
  • Sprinkle the decors
  • Serve warm 🙂
