Whether it’s summer or winter, autumn or spring, fruits are one of the most beautiful creation of nature…These juicy fresh fruits are the first step to pure health in disguise and gives your taste buds an another treat —  Just naturally!

There are wide variety of fruits – From Apples to Bananas to Mangoes to Watermelon to Muskmelon to Pear to Grapes to Berries…Nature has given us an ample amount of presents to feast upon.. And the best part, not even a single fruit is bad for health except in certain situations like Pregnancy or Diabetes etc.

It’s too hot here in North India and it has become a melting zone as of now… we are mostly living on chilled water, juices or fruits along with light meals like dal-chawal, khichdi, stir fries etc. .. Heavy masaledar meals have become a thing of past as all we can think now is a room with ac on for 24*7. :-/ Considering the summers, market is flooded with lovely droolicious fruits like Mangoes, Watermelon, Muskmelon, Kiwis, Bananas etc.

This time our #FoodieMonday theme being #summerfruits, I decided to convert my fruits into a beautiful tale of desserts which everyone can make quickly and savor. 🙂

Presenting my crunchy, tasty and beautiful The Fruit Soil – It’s a jar dessert which comprises of choco brownies, nutella, orange juice, fresh mangoes, bananas, strawberry compote and muesli. Prepared in just 10 mins, this delish dessert can be the ultimate goal for your hot summer noons… Let’s have a look on the recipe!

Serves: 2

Preparation time: 5 mins

Serving time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 Chocolate brownies – grinded
  • 2 tbsp Muesli
  • 4 tbsp Orange juice or any juice
  • 2 tbsp Nutella
  • 1 Mango finely chopped
  • 1 Banana Sliced
  • 1 tbsp Strawberry Compote
  • Mint leaves for dressing
  • Jar for serving [ You can also arrange it in bowl ]

Recipe

Mix grounded brownies and juice. Arrange half of it at the bottom of the jar.

Sprinkle Muesli, Nutella and Strawberry Compote. Now arrange Mangoes and Bananas

Repeat the steps till jar is full.
